LinkMia is operated by Dale Miami Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company. These Terms govern your use of the LinkMia website, booking application, trip pages and related services. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. These Terms also apply when you submit or manage a ride request.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and tell LinkMia promptly if you believe your account is being used without permission.

2. Ride requests and confirmation

A submitted booking is a ride request, not a guarantee that a driver has accepted it. The trip page shows the current status. A ride is confirmed when a driver accepts it and the trip page shows “Confirmed.” Traffic, weather, flight changes, availability and other conditions can affect pickup and travel times.

3. Passenger and trip information

You are responsible for accurate addresses, dates, times, flight information, passenger counts, contact details and pickup instructions. If you book for another person, you confirm that you are authorized to provide their information and to arrange the ride for them.

4. Prices and payment

The booking flow shows the ride price and current payment instructions. During the current pilot, payment is collected outside the application using the instructions shown for the ride.

5. Changes and cancellations

Eligible pending rides may be changed through the trip page. Eligible rides may also be cancelled there, depending on their current status. Availability can change after an edit. If self-service is unavailable, contact LinkMia.

6. Responsible use and safety

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent requests or use it for unlawful activity. Passengers must follow reasonable safety instructions and treat drivers and vehicles respectfully. Emergencies should be directed to 911 or the appropriate emergency service, not to the LinkMia application.

7. Google Maps and third-party services

LinkMia includes Google Maps features and content. Your use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

LinkMia also relies on third-party hosting, database, communications, mapping and payment technology. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices.

8. Service availability

LinkMia is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep ride and status information accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, driver availability, an exact route or an exact travel time. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The updated page will show a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service when appropriate.
